What an amazing opportunity to photograph one of the most amazing restaurants in Alabama, the Springhouse. I was thrilled when SHOP280 Magazine called to ask if I would photograph a food review they were doing on the famous restaurant. Chef Rob McDaniel was part of the amazing team that won Iron Chef and the Springhouse is where his heart and soul is. After sitting through a 5 course meal, I now see why they won. The food was delicious, organic and they atmosphere was divine. It was a royal treat to dine with the creator of the hand made pottery that Springhouse uses for their dining services, Earthborn Pottery. Please enjoy a few of my favorite images from the event.
After our meal we were able to tour the grounds with Rob and I couldn’t help but envision a beautiful bride and groom having a wedding at the Springhouse on Lake Martin. Sign me up. Thank you again Rob for the incredible meal and for pouring your heart and soul into this fine dining establishment.
