Matt and Gentry

Matt and Gentry are friends of ours from Colorado. It is really neat to hear how it all worked out for me to shoot her wedding. I was booked every other weekend in May and was actually booked for the 17th as well. Unfortunately I had a cancellation and so I had one weekend slot available. My husband and I planned a vacation since it was now the only weekend that we would have available to travel. At that time Gentry had not chosen a date for her wedding, and actually picked her date according to when I would be there. (I am flattered Gen that you would plan your day around me!) It was a beautiful day and everything went off without a hitch! Gentry gets pinned from nursing school this week and then they head out to Mexico for their honeymoon. Thanks again for having me at your wedding! The really fun thing that sticks out in my mind about their reception was the father daughter dance, after they danced a slow dance, they danced to “Freedom” by Aretha Franklin…it was HILARIOUS! Another cool thing is the cake toppers, Gentry and her Mom made them out of clay, so fun! Good job guys! Love ya lots
