Today we had invited our friends over to swim at our pool in the apartments. When we showed up at the gate the sign said “CLOSED” so I had 5 little girls with their wet noodles completely disappointed. We are so thankful for MARIE and STEVE for letting us come over and swim in their pool. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of photographs of this pool in our future…wink wink.
My sweet gift from my husband for my birthday. He gathered letters from my friends and family and had them put in a book for me to read. Sweetest gift ever.

Today I photographed a wedding on my 40th birthday. I was up in the brides room and took this picture of the groom getting ready in the hotel across the street. Can you find him?
I had brunch today with my sweet friend Erin. After we ate I made her sit her pregnant bellied self down so I could photograph her. I torture only my closest of friends.
My family took me out to Cheesecake Factory for an early birthday dinner. The waiters came to sing to me but I was in the bathroom with Abigail. Grace said “Maybe you could go sing to her in the bathroom but that might be AWK-WORD” So they came back.
Congratulations Meryl and Ryan. They changed to casual clothes and we went hiking through the woods at Oak Mountain for photos.
Today Leroy was on fire. After a loss at last nights game they were ready to take this thing home today. Game 2 was a flawless game Leroy bring home the 6-3 win. The 3rd game was amazing Leroy winning 1-0 up until the 5th inning when Mars Hill scored 6 runs. It was an intense ball game and they should be proud they played good bal. Last time in the dug out as a high school senior. Job well done Joseph.
Love this pup. You may remember a few days ago Seth cut Molly’s hair. Well…at least we saved 50 bucks. lol.
Abigail woke up extra early to see momma for a belated Mothers Day (I was traveling back from MD on Mothers Day) but fell asleep on the couch even before I got up. Love my little people.
Loved meeting Nate and Chelsie early (as in 7:30 a.m.) for an engagement session. They drove all the way from South Carolina & Tennessee to have this engagement session at the Naval Academy. Congratulations on your November Wedding.
