Happy Easter.
We spent the day with the Deterdings again this year. This is our forth year of being with them on Easter.
They have become like our family away from home.
They taught us a game with the hard boiled eggs where you bang your eggs head to head and if yours breaks you loose.
This was Abigail defending her championship egg with Dad.
So glad that Easter is not just about cracked Eggs.
Today dear friends Tim and Rachel got married. It was a beautiful wedding. My sweet Abigail was a flower girl.
Does she look happy about it?
I was not working…which is new for me, but I couldn’t help but get a photograph of Rachel coming down the isle with her Daddy. So today we have a bonus image.
“Life on the road”
One of the great things about my job is that I get to photograph cool things in my “off season” Today I got to photograph the super talented Iron and Wine at Ramshead On Stage for WRNR’s private artist showcase.
You can see the whole crew over on my professional blog www.stacyrichardsonphotography.com/blog but this one stood out to me as the picture of the day.
The show was over and they finished packing up and the clarinet/flute/harp player just sat back down on the stage with his stuff.
I love that “shows Respect” is on Grace’s report card…I’m glad character still matters.
